3389 port not listening I have a Windows 11 Pro machine version 23H2 where the service 'Remote Desktop Services' (TermService) is running but when I run >netstat -a -o there are no listeners for port 3389..

I have checked AV System logs, Risk Logs, Scan Logs, Threat Logs, Traffic Logs and Packet Logs, Nothing stands out. Again, we kill this service and start it back up and it works for a couple of days.
