Alina Cenal performs fun Latin American folk tales blending Spanish and English for an audience of all ages. Come experience our Spanish culture and learn dance steps, song, & clave rhythm.

Alina works with many children throughout Ventura County. Her company Kids Acting Out West presents after-school performing arts programs, including an annual summer camp since 1997. She also works with the Ventura County “Artist-in-the-classroom” programs bringing storytelling, theater, and salsa dancing to hundreds of children weekly. Her fun energy sets the mood for a rewarding experience.

ALINA is a native of Cuba with an extensive professional career of over 35 years in film, television, stage, and bilingual storytelling. Some of her TV credits include: The Shield, Judging Amy, Days of our Lives, Diagnosis Murder. Stage: San Diego Rep, Los Angeles Theater Center, The Odyssey, South Coast Rep, Mark Taper Improvisational Theater Project, Bilingual Foundation of the Arts, and the international company of “A Chorus line”. Alina has directed at Southern Oregon University and performed in Chicago’s innovative Physical Festival. Currently, Alina is performing her acclaimed one-woman show, “Words from a Cuban Father” throughout the USA.
